Cheap mac?

Where's the best place to get a reasonably priced G4?  The best I've 
seen is a 500MHz tower at CPUsed.com for $899 - I have to buy OS X on 
top of that...  Maybe a better plan is to get a combo-drive eMac for $1099..

eBay Canada has very few deals right now, and I'm scared to look at the 
US ones, because of potential duties.  Has anyone bought something from 
the States?  Do you have to pay duty?

Or are there good off-lease or refurbished places you trust?
