There's of course the list sponsor, www.mantek.mb.ca though I always find their prices out of date. Around here (Toronto) College street has pretty fierce competition so you may want to check that out if you're in Toronto.
Otherwise, try Terry's Tech Service (http://www.terrytech.on.ca/) and e-mail him at the sales e-mail address (ignore prices on his website... he updates the site once/year or so... I'm not even sure why he bothers with it). I imagine he'll have older RAM lieing around and always charges a fair price and his shipping is reasonable (he's not the bottom of the barrel cheapest like the stores along College St here in Toronto, but you can *always* be sure that it'll work and you can be sure you won't be ripped off like you would at a store like CPUsed -- you won't find anyone more knowledgeable of or capable of fixing Macs either (in case you've got a broken Mac ;)). He doesn't get around to checking his e-mail very quickly (otherwise he wouldn't have any time to fix computers ;) so you may be better off calling him (519-294-0648... & I know this phone # by heart... I've called it so many times). Another place to find older Mac RAM is on the SwapList -- I ALWAYS see DIMMs going through there for the 7200-9600 for a song!!! Most people only want 20 USD for a 128 MB DIMM and shipping won't be more than 5 or 10 USD and on private sales you shouldn't have to pay border duties (@[EMAIL PROTECTED] free trade... only for the big businesses... not for individuals) provided you can get the sender to not list a value. Finally, check out eBay! Eric.
