So where's everybody's favourite place to buy RAM in Canada (read CHEAP)?
I've usually bought from the chip warehouses in the U.S. but thought I'd see
if there's any place closer.

Try MacRamDirect.com on the internet.
Great service for Canadians...

Thanks, I should have been more specific. I need a place that will sell RAM for MUCH older machines (PCC clones, etc.). There site is pretty spartan and don't have the specs on their modules. I assume it's in $US? At DMS (www.datamem.com) I can get a stick of 128MB for $21US, it's the shipping that kills you.

I just had TWO occasions to buy RAM very recently, a 512 MB DIMM for one daughter's 500 Mhz DV SE iMac and then a month later a 500 MB DIMM for the other daughter's new 1 Ghz eMac.
In both cases I bought from MacRamDirect and shipping was only $6.00 each time. They ship to American addresses for $5.99 and they ship to Canada USPS for one penny more. They ONLY sell RAM for Macs and they have ZERO DOLLARS re-stocking fee.
In both cases the DIMMs showed up in my mailbox without any hassles from Customs.
About six months ago I purchased some PC100 and PC 133 and some older FPM 128 MB 5volt DIMMs from some other RAM sellers I found on eBay and they knew squat about Macs and sent me the wrong memory for my wife's 450 B&W G3 and my own Sonnet-powered 800 Mhz G4 PCI Daystar Clone. I sent defective or non-working RAM back and was charged a healthy "re-stocking" fee by the seller, who sent me a partial refund.
