A Google search for "Enternet 300" gives several sites with suppport, but finding a place to download the software is a bit tricky. The modem supplier should provide a copy of this application, but if you need further help. contact me off-list.

Was wondering if anyone has experience with a Gnet modem, specifically a BB0060 Ethernet ADSL one.
My mom recently hooked up to DSL through her ISP (kwic.com) and this is the modem they sent her.
Have been trying to set up her TCP/IP to connect and not sure how - tried different settings using PPP and entering the info manually. She is using OS 9.2 .
I am using 10.2.6 and did not have to add any extra software to use Sympatico DSL, although I did when with 9.2. I understand that Macs have this built-in and don't need anything else.
Tech support from either hasn't been very helpful, neither mention Macs in their manuals! So, turn to who knows best, the users!
