I stopped buying CD's a long time ago as there were usually only 2-3 songs max on each CD that I liked. I didn't want to pay up to $24.00 CDN for 3 songs. I have absolutely no problem with paying for music that I want instead of fillers and BS prices for CD's. I think to be fair though, the big labels should now allow the levies to be removed from blank CD's. I doubt that will happen though.
