I can get the files, but for some reason they won't play. Well it will play, but it won't go to the music help. Is it the file or my phone?

Another thing is u may have to redownload the song for I notice recently myself sometimes that when a song is completed that it should be there and yet, its not. But if u are not waiting for the download to cmplete, then that could be why u not see it.
