-1.24 here:  mediafire.com mediafire.com/file/guofqjr5rzcwu8o/ lzip -1.24_w32. 
exe.zip exe.zip/file  ` lzip -1.24_w32-s.exe' is striped off debugging 
symbols. It will work in windows 32/64.
