This is general LyX problem I think. And it is not reported to normal users, which causes later problems with LaTeX synthetisation - very often reported on this list. No one previously answered to my question about that. If plenty people will report such situation, maybe someone find this a serious problem (I do not call this "a bug", because maybe it is something out of LyX requirements).
