Seems that you are not allowed to install packages when running as normal user. You might install a complete version of MikTeX instead of a minimal version which upgrades on the fly, either from the MikTeX site or from TeXLive (ProTeXt). >> >>After that, when trying to export a document into ASCII or PDF, it fails. >>See pictures lyx_2_export_ASCII.PNG and lyx_3_export_PDF.PNG. You should save the doc as a personal file before trying actions which involve write access to Administrator directories (on Unix, loading the docs as plain user marks them as read only, I hope it's the same on Windows).
