The cover of the manual would be ready in a couple of days.
In the mean time, I have polished the manual further: Added an appendix on
World Music, improved the layout, added a lot of cross-references
(hyperlinks)
Now the only thing missing is data about some plugins (the blanks left in
the tables). Can anyone help with these gaps? Also look for some doubts
marked @@@.
I could prepare a separate document with a list of missing data and post it
here; if that is more convenient.
