Maybe pressed buttons should be color-highlighted? also it looks as flat - it's not bad or good, just could be more 3d maybe? depends if any could render sketch into 3d. flat can be good because theme-colors can be implemented, so just set it grey-blue-dark-white and this will set whole theme to those colors, this should be somehow defined then in settings and for all .png files should be some kind of hack.
