About the problems with stability Tobias talked about: What about having *two* 
branches? One instable and one stable? The code which is good enough in the 
instable code can be merged (at least git can do it) into the stable code. 
Still, enthusiast programmers can have fun with the instable code without 
needing to create patches... Any thoughts about this idea?
