Currently master branch doesn't build clang-scan-deps on windows, thus making cross compilation between Windows and MacOS impossible.
Also it might be the cause why C++ 23 ``import std`` only works with cl.exe currently
If I'm wrong please correct me, if not please look into this, I'll gladly contribute to any PR.
I don't want to switch to WSL in order to cross compile to Mac
