Added more test in the latest iteration (the ones marked FIXME were still misbehaving on top-of-tree, although in other ways...but we still asserted in the expression evaluator, so don't think we really regress with this patch). There are some cases where it's pretty much impossible to differentiate between tail padding and unnamed bitfields.
