This implements Greg's suggestion from D78825 <https://reviews.llvm.org/D78825>
to include AutoHandleEvents and SpawnThread in CommandInterpreterRunOptions.
This is in preparation for adding a new overload for `RunCommandInterpreter`:
`SBCommandInterpreterRunResults
RunCommandInterpreter(SBCommandInterpreterRunOptions &options);`.
