I can code some other of the solutions described above by Pavel Labath <https://reviews.llvm.org/D32167#1095733> or to performance-improve more https://reviews.llvm.org/D51578 (although then I can come with more DWARF performance improvements, at least re-introduce atomics to aid my mutexes from https://reviews.llvm.org/D40470).
