It looks like "lldb-mi" may not be a valid substitution. On Darwin the command
`# RUN: %lldb_mi `
is expanded to
bin/lldb -S .../llvm/tools/lldb/lit/lit-lldb-init_mi < ...
So it behaves like `%lldb`+`_mi.`
