@tberghammer - for example, any call of 
SymbolFileDWARF::FindCompleteObjCDefinitionTypeForDIE  (with an object of the 
type SymbolFileDWARFDwo)
will trigger indexing of the dwo file.
@labath - yeah, i will add a test & update this patch
