Including `windows.h` in this header file creates a lot of compile error in the 
files which include `PseudoConsole.h` (and followup dependencies).
I tried to include `winnt.h` but that fails because we need to manually define 
the platform (`windows.h` handles that usually).

I managed to replace the `void*` with `HANDLE` for clarity.
