I didn't check bitcast because it didn't come up in the expressions I was
adding. I'll check it has appropriate guards. That should be the only one
that's a bit weird (it's only an issue for big-endian ARM and MIPS). For the
other instructions I was mostly leaning on the test suite showing issues if I
broke something. I can have a look through them
