It's for the testcase I am writing for the Cortex-M backtrace, where I will have an ObjectFileJSON binary specification and I needed to load its sections in virtual address space for the backtrace to work. I can pull this out of the PR and add it to that PR when I put it up in a bit if anyone would prefer this done cleanly.
