I see. So debug names is used to prevent the eager loading of DWO files. Is 
debug names the best way to do that? Or is there a more direct setting (like 
`target.preload-symbols`) that we could use instead. I don't know the answer.

At least it would be good to add a comment about the reason we are using debug 
names in this test.
