I meant this `FormattersMatchCandidate` has been stripped # of pointers from
its original type. `m_ptr_stripped_depth` is from
`FormatManager::GetPossibleMatches`. That's after we stripped the # of pointers
from a variable. For `int**`, after we recurse into `GetPossibleMatches` twice,
we have `int` and stripped depth being 2.
