I'm a bit skeptical about saying "X related tests" given that it will include things like core files that can be run anywhere, but we also can't say "tests that run on X" because we'd have to label everything individually. How are you going to use these categories exactly? Is this level of detail enough for your use case? I don't think that, for example, you not running the AArch64 Linux core file tests is actually a problem, we have plenty of coverage for that elsewhere.
