 The LiveCD kernel has CONFIG_IRQBALANCE set. However, in the latest git
 kernel, the description has changed:

 {{{
 Mark CONFIG_IRQBALANCE as not recommended any more. It eats too much
 power, and better solutions are available in userspace.
