Hello,

Attached is the updated README.txt file. The addition is the
documentation of boot options (except "volume" - sorry for this, and I
also have to adjust the x86_64 CD so that "linux" and "linux64" become
the same kernel).

Also I have attached a draft of the script that takes the README.txt
file on its stdin and produces boot help screens. Do you like this?

The README.txt document is also a valid Markdown document, ready to be
converted to HTML with the Markdown.pl script (see
http://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/, one only has to add the
standard HTML header and footer). The plan is to add the generated HTML
file to the LiveCD website, and put it into the root directory of the
ISO image, so that people can read it and know about available boot
options without booting the CD. This is especially important for blind
people who can't read the boot help just after booting the CD.

Unfortunately, all 10 boot help pages are used, and this leaves no room
for the "contents" page (see the generated boot-option-index file).
Could you please restructure the text a bit, so that at most 9 pages are
used (AFAIK, there may be laptops without the F11 key)?
