Or perhaps they are behind a firewall that blocks UDP packets? But if any RTSP camera does not support streaming RTP over UDP, then it’s certainly not well made. (A reminder that I’m willing to help out any camera manufacturer who wishes to improve their products to better support RTSP/RTP/RTCP.)
