Hello,
I got two questions arised:
1. Can you please explain what the ref_estimate_bitrate variable does
and what value it should have when I override it by hand?
virtual FramedSource* createNewStreamSource(unsigned client_session_id,
unsigned& ref_estimate_bitrate);
2. I dont know if it was asked before, but do you know if you can
somehow define a fix streaming framerate of the RTSP server? Or is this in
general not possible since h264 streaming works different than mjpeg
streaming?
