The problem here is that - without further explanation - it doesn’t really make much sense to ’stream’ a XML file. What is the kind of media (i.e., audio, video, text) that you want to stream, and how does it change over time? And how does this media relate to the XML file? Note also that - for each medium that you want to stream - there should be an IETF-defined RTP payload format for this medium, describing how this medium is to be packed into RTP packets. (This should not just be something that you conjure up yourself.)
