You’re trying to run, before you’ve first demonstrated that you can walk.

You need to first show that:
        1/ You can run “openRTSP” to receive H.264 video data from your 
back-end camera
        2/ The resulting output file is non-empty.  Then, rename it to 
“test.264"
        3/ You can run the original, unmodified “testH264VideoStreamer”, to 
stream from this video file, and demonstrate that the RTP multicast stream can 
be received/played by your desired receivers.

Then, and only then, should you think about piping together “openRTSP” and (a 
modified) “testH264VideoStreamer”.  This should work if, and only if, you’ve 
gotten steps 1-3 to work.

In your first email, you implied that you’d already gotten both a RTSP client 
(to your back-end camera) and “testH264VideoStreamer” (to stream via multicast 
to your desired receivers) to work.  But that apparently wasn’t the case.
