The issue is: At what time(s) do you want the player to *play* the audio and video frames? If you want the player to play the audio and video at the same time, then the audio and video need to have the same presentation time. If that’s what you meant, then the audio will start playing 640ms after the video. Because that’s what “presentation time” means.
