Wictor, Thank you for the report. I have just installed a new version (2020.01.24) of the “LIVE555 Streaming Media” code that includes the “#ifdef”s that you suggested.
(Note, BTW, that TCP_KEEPCNT and TCP_KEEPINTVL are also defined in FreeBSD - but apparently not in OpenBSD.)
