I have just installed a new version - 2017.09.12 - of the “LIVE555 Streaming Media” software that should now allow Opus audio streams to be multiplexed into a MPEG Transport Stream. To do this, set the "mpegVersion" parameter to 3 in "MPEG2TransportStreamFromESSource::addNewAudioSource()”.
