Ok, you're right, I can't reproduce this issue with openRTSP.
So, it isn't an issue with openRTSP.

But our code also completely ignores “a=sendonly”!  So whatever this problem 
is, it has nothing to do with our code.

You could test this yourself using “openRTSP” - our command-line RTSP client:
