Therefore, try using that IP address - not 127.0.0.1 - in your “rtsp://“ URL when you run “openRTSP” or another RTSP client (like VLC). It shouldn’t make a difference, but perhaps in your case it might. Also, because you’re running Windows (sigh), perhaps you have a problem with your ‘Windows personal firewall’? Apart from that, I don’t know what to suggest (other than use another OS).
