Hi Ross, In order to allow easily to cross-compile using shared libraries, do you think it could be possible to include in config.linux-with-shared-librairies a way to specify a cross compiler. This could be done like in config.mingw using $(CC), $(CXX), ... or adding a $(CROSS_COMPILE) prefix like in config.armlinux, config.bsplinux, ...
