I don’t see anything obviously wrong with your code. However, I suggest using “openRTSP” or “testRTSPClient” - rather than VLC - as RTSP clients to test your server. With VLC, it’s hard to tell what’s going on. Also, people often have trouble running more than one copy of VLC (for different streams) on the same computer; the decoding/rendering overhead of VLC is often the problem, rather than any problem with RTSP/RTP or our server code.
