First, NPT is completely irrelevant here; it has nothing to do with audio/video synchronization. NPT simply represents the 'time within the currently-playing clip' - i.e., analogous to a VCR display. As you can see, it's aligned with "presentation time", which is the only thing you should be concerned with here.
Your problem is the sudden jump (more than 7 seconds) in presentation time - in the video stream only - from 1410784970.163530 to 1410784977.533251. That problem seems to be occurring at the server end. Your server is apparently producing this jump in presentation times (again, in the video stream only).
