No, you're wrong.

How many times do I need to explain this to you?  If you're using the supplied 
RTSP server code, or the supplied RTSP client code, then you don't need to 
create "RTCPInstance" objects yourself.  They will be created (at both the 
server end, and the client end) automatically, which will give you audio/video 
synchronization (as explained in the FAQ).
