One more thing: The "!" at the end of the presentation time indicates that it has not yet been synchronized via RTCP - i.e., the client has not yet received a RTCP "SR" packet. This often happens at the beginning of a stream, but if it's still happening after 2 minutes, than that suggests that the server (IP camera) is not sending RTCP "SR" packets, and is therefore non standards-compliant.
