No, this issue is not related, because the errors that we have been talking about here have been from 'back-end' servers that are network cameras - not "VLC". However, because you have apparently discovered a bug in VLC's RTSP server implementation (which, by the way, does *not* use the LIVE555 libraries), you should report this to the VLC developers.
