I already addressed this back on December 3rd:

As I already explained back then, the problem is with your 'back end' server - 
i.e., the server software that runs in your network camera.  Its firmware will 
need to be upgraded.  (Alternatively, don't access that camera using 
RTP-over-TCP - i.e., don't give "live555ProxyServer" the "-t" option.)
