Yes, perhaps - although the place to put such code would be a separate 
directory (with its own library) - as we currently do for 
"WindowsAudioInputDevice".  (So, if this were done, there'd be no need for 
"#ifdef ANDROID" directives.)

Does "stderr" (as used by the default "BasicUsageEnvironment" implementation) 
not go somewhere sensible on Android?

Anyway, I might end up adding this sometime in the future, but it's not a high 
priority.  (In the meantime, if people want this, they can get these files from 
the mailing list archive.)
