I don't see your format on the codec page[*] but it's too easy not to
just try it. If you don't have it installed, it's probably available
through your OS's package system already.
Please be aware that you've already stepped outside the list's topic.
If you can't make sox do what you want, this isn't the list to pursue
the topic still further.
