The proxy server appears to be running correctly, but - for some unknown reason - is not handling any requests from a 'front-end' client.
To try to figure out what's going wrong, I suggest running "testRTSPClient rtsp://10.17.1.150/proxyStream" Ross Finlayson Live Networks, Inc. http://www.live555.com/
