The problem here is (probably) that you are feeding your "H264VideoStreamDiscreteFramer" object with NAL units that begin with MPEG start codes (i.e., 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x01). You must not do this. Instead, if (as appears to be the case) your encoder delivers NAL units that begin with MPEG start codes, you must make sure that you don't copy those when your "FramedSource" subclass does its delivery. (Don't forget to adjust "fFrameSize" accordingly.) (Also, your version of the "LIVE555 Streaming Media" code is a little out of date. I recommend upgrading.
