Hi All, I am very beginner to this type of application. I need to understand if we can buffer to "testH264VideoStreamer.cpp" or not. If not what is the alternative to use it.
I have a camera with gives me encoded (H264) buffer, I want to transmit using rtsp. I think this is very basic , but sorry to say I do not know how to do. Encoded output if I write in a file and then if I give the file to testH264VideoStreamer.cpp it is working fine.
