Please don't send the same message to the mailing list more than once.
You already know that "openRTSP -t" - built from the supplied, unmodified source code - works OK on your system. So I suggest that you start from this code, making only small, incremental changes at a time, until it evolves into your new application. Unfortunately we can't debug your new code for you; you're going to have to do this yourself.
