Thanks again for reporting this bug.
I have identified and fixed (I hope) a 'race condition' that was
causing this problem. It affected streaming both H.264 video files
(your example), and MPEG-4 video files.
The latest release - 2011.06.14a - of the "LIVE555 Streaming Media"
code fixes this problem.
