Just in few cases the response from server was ok, but all the other times it returns:Failed to get a SDP description from URL "rtsp://<http://147.83.113.48:8554/mpeg2TransportStreamTest>147.83.113.48:8554/mpeg2TransportStreamTest": connect() failed: Connection refused
The "Connection refused" error usually means that the server has stopped running. When you get this error, you should make sure that the server (i.e., the "testOnDemandRTSPServer" application) is still running. (If it *is* still running, then I can't explain the error, unfortunately...)
